What is Central Park St. Pete?

Central Park St. Pete is a multi-level food hall and social destination at 551 Central Avenue in downtown St. Petersburg. The first floor features seven food concepts (Palm Avenue Deli, Constellation Burger, Speaks Pasta, Park Pie Pizza, Strawberry Fields, Don Ricardo's Taqueria, and Kojo Wok) plus Central Bar and a self-pour beer wall. The Winfield, a modern cocktail parlor, is located in the basement. The second floor, The Meadows (purveyor of sweet treats), 27 North bar and additional seating and event spaces. The third floor features Kojo, a full service restaurant and Bar Hana, a rooftop destination.

What are Central Park St. Pete's hours?

The food hall is open daily from 11am to 10pm, with extended hours until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Hours may vary slightly by concept and floor, so it's worth checking with a Hospitality Ambassador on-site or our Google listing for the specifics of each concept.

How do I order food at Central Park St. Pete?

Ordering is simple! For the main food hall ( first-floor) concepts , place your order at any of our self-service kiosks or through online ordering by scanning a QR code . Please note: do not order directly at the concept booths . For The Meadows (2nd floor food hall) , simply head upstairs, wait in line, and order directly at the concept counter. All bars , including Winfield (1st floor), 27 North (2nd floor), Bar Hana, and Kojo (3rd floor) , are ordered at the bar or via table service. Kojo and Bar Hana offer full table service , no need to order elsewhere.

Where do I pick up my food?

To-go and online orders will be placed in our ambient or heated food lockers . You’ll receive a text with your locker number and simple instructions for pickup. If you ordered at a kiosk , you will receive a text to pick up your food directly at the concept's pickup window .

Who do I talk to if I need help, a refund, or have an issue?

Look for one of our friendly Hospitality Ambassadors . You’ll find them near the Central Bar on the first floor. They’re here to help with anything you need.

Where can I sit to eat?

You’re welcome to sit anywhere on the first or second floors , except for tables marked as reserved. Want to take your food to go? That works too!

Can I order from more than one concept?

Absolutely! That’s the whole idea. Mix and match your meal from any of the food hall concepts including; Palm Avenue Deli, Constellation Burger, Speaks Pasta, Park Pie Pizza, Strawberry Fields, Don Ricardos Taqueria, and Kojo Wok.

Do you accept reservations?

We don’t accept reservations for general seating in the food hall, but certain experiences, like The Winfield, Kojo or Bar Hana , may offer reservations through their individual platforms. If you need to reserve a table as a group, contact us on the website.

Are you family-friendly?

Definitely! Central Park is built for everyone - families, solo diners, groups of friends, and everyone in between. High chairs and kid-friendly options are available throughout the hall.

Do you have vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options?

Yes! Many of our concepts offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes . Dietary icons are marked clearly on our digital ordering platforms.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome in our outdoor areas , but not inside the food hall. Service animals are always allowed indoors, per ADA guidelines.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital and physical gift cards will be available and redeemable across all Central Park concepts (and at our other Hi Hospitality Group restaurants). They make the perfect gift for food lovers or locals.

Can I host a private event at Central Park?

Yes! We offer multiple event spaces, including our rooftop and mezzanine, that are perfect for private parties, corporate events, and more.

Are there elevators or ADA-accessible routes between floors?

Yes, Central Park is fully ADA-accessible with elevators, ramps, and accessible restrooms throughout the space.
